FABW is actively committed to the protection of all full-time, freelance and part-time employees, students and guests. We condemn discrimination and violence and act consistently in the event of violations of this principle. Here we create a safe space for everyone!
At FABW, we are committed to practising gender equality - also in our language. Our guidelines on gender-sensitive language help us to communicate in an inclusive and respectful way. It serves as the basis for the written and spoken word in all areas of activity at FABW.
Since 2017, the Filmakademie has been committed to the guiding principles of the WIN Charter of the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg. Building on this and as part of FABW's expanded strategy dimensions, the WiP strategy paper “Sustainability at FABW” was drawn up in 2022.
We see this strategy as an expression of continuous transformation - in the areas of sustainable and energy-saving organization through to our central fields of activity of sustainable teaching and student productions.
