The Personnel & Fees department is responsible for the comprehensive recruitment, hiring, support and accounting within the Filmakademie. This includes the recruitment and administration of employees, temporary personnel and interns as well as the issuing and financial processing of all guest lecturer contracts.
We also advise the production teams on contracts, copyrights, insurance cover and non-wage labour costs for external production staff. The financial processing, accounting and archiving of all production employees also takes place in this department. Our aim is to ensure that all personnel-related tasks run smoothly and are handled correctly through precise and efficient processes.
