This position covers the negotiation, drafting and conclusion of contracts required for co-productions, commissioned productions and other film-related projects.

We also offer students comprehensive legal advice on all issues that may arise during their film projects - from copyright and music rights, GEMA and GVL issues to funding opportunities. We also provide support with contracts for performers and authors and with legal disputes such as claims for damages or insurance cases.

Our aim is to ensure that projects run smoothly and in compliance with the law. In doing so, we create the basis for successful exploitation, which benefits both the project managers and FABW.
